A few weeks ago someone texted me to say I reminded them of Tina from Bob’s Burgers.
“I kept wondering why everyone said they were so in love with Tina on Bob’s Burgers, and now I realize she’s basically you.”
I didn’t know how to receive the comparison. Thank you for associating me with the lovable, nervous, hormonal teen who also seems to be the writers’ favorite character?
Today my mom said, “Laurie, this week we are GOING to see ROCK OF AGES.”
To which I instinctively replied, “Unhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.”
“You two are now inseparable in my mind.”
